I support the pharmacist in a retail pharmacy setting. I often use Spanish in my various duties including calling customers to remind them they have medication ready, registering them in our system when they bring new prescription, and checking them out when they pick up their prescriptions as well as occasionally translating for the pharmacist during consultation.

I worked in the deli mainly. I often helped in the bakery, produce, and frozen doing everything from stocking fresh produce to writing on cakes and serving fresh cut deli meats and cheeses.

I didn't work for italki. I was a self employed English teacher teaching through the Italki platform. I did this to support myself while living in Nicaragua.

I worked for my family's small business selling eyeglass cleaner.

I learned to install car audio equipment and window tint.
