Personal initiative exploring how intelligent orchestration can strengthen coordination across the global humanitarian aid lifecycle — from crisis detection through needs analysis, funding, logistics, and localized delivery. Drawing on 30+ years of experience connecting complex, multi-stakeholder systems in enterprise technology, I’m in the fact-finding stage: learning the humanitarian landscape, connecting with practitioners and technologists, and mapping where intelligent coordination can close the gaps. Damselfly is guided by a core conviction: one of the humanitarian system’s greatest challenge is not a lack of capability but a lack of connection between capabilities. The same orchestration patterns transforming enterprise operations can help existing humanitarian systems work as a coherent whole. Currently focused on: understanding the landscape, building relationships across the humanitarian-technology intersection, and developing a Sense-to-Sustain framework for orchestrated humanitarian intelligence.

Responsible for overall strategic direction, product management, and operations of Deloitte’s Talent Technology, Data, & Analytics organization in support of ~100,000 employees. Team size of ~120 across the US and India with employee engagement of 98% in the US and 87% in India. Key Achievements • Development and alignment of Talent technology vision with business strategic goals and direction through strong network and relationship building skills with executive and senior leadership within Deloitte • Lead talent technology governance board driving technology strategy alignment with overall talent strategy, prioritization, and long term planning technology alignment. • Drive management and implementation of both transformational and operational talent technology projects delivering practitioner impact and HR efficiencies. Examples include experimentation and implementation of resume matching AI approaches driving better matching and efficiency into our processes, transformation of practitioner experience through innovative, award-winning employee portal (including portal search technology), transformation of the candidate experience through Pre-hire Talent on Demand, implementation of technology supporting performance management, learning and development, and resource management processes, and increased HR efficiencies driven by expansion of SFDC across multiple Talent process areas • Built Salesforce delivery organization to support HR Shared Services tiered support model. Led delivery of case management, workflow automation, custom development, and Einstein analytics programs. • Drive CTS innovation execution, for example, automation of compensation process using RPA and chatbot experimentation • Represent HR on the CIO Technology Governance Board, along with other enabling area and business CIOs

Responsible for stabilizing, rebuilding, and overseeing all IT functions including application development, financial management, business intelligence / reporting, data center management, vendor relationships, technical support and disaster recovery planning. Managed operating budget and directed activities of all IT staff and IT vendors.

Primary Areas of focus included: Head of Workplace Services / Field Operations Technology HR Expatriate and Global Employer Services Tax Technology Leader Knowledge Management and Collaboration Technology Leader Shared Services Operations - India Executive Office Key accomplishments include: • Developed strategic relationships with business leaders as both relationship leader and software development delivery leader for both business and corporate functions (e.g. security, procurement, field operations, administrative , call center, etc.) • Development and alignment of technology vision and roadmaps with business strategic goals through strong network and relationship building skills with executive and senior leadership • Technology innovation and delivery for the “Workplace of the Future” program as a part of Deloitte’s real estate strategy refresh and move to open, collaborative workspaces • Directed enterprise-wide implementation of ‘One Badge’ physical security system across 100 offices minimizing both risk and cost of ownership • Implementation of best in class Real Estate Management System with expected cost savings of over $25MM over 5 years • Directed and managed the delivery of highly complex object-oriented systems, including re-architecture of global expatriate product • Responsible for negotiation and management of third party vendors, such as off-shore development teams, disaster recovery partners, facilities and data center operations vendors, etc. • Built a global technology delivery team resulting in faster time to market with decreased costs to the organization. • Directed design, development, project management, technical implementation, operations infrastructure management, and product support for globally dispersed technology teams. • Directed and managed implementation of mission critical, enterprise wide office hoteling system responsible for telephony and phone switching for 45,000 employees in over 100 offices
