Therapeutic human antibodies exhibit low immunogenicity, which has facilitated their clinical translation. To date, such antibodies have primarily been developed using phage display libraries and transgenic mice engineered to produce fully human antibodies. Throughout my Ph.D. and industrial career, I have been at the forefront of advancing antibody development platforms that integrate precision and innovation. My interest lies in the strategic convergence of biologics platforms to accelerate therapeutic discovery: - Development of a bi-specific antibody platform using a combination of transgenic mouse and phage display library - Development of novel bi-specific libraries based on AI information selected by structural insights - Efficient rapid screening in the Immuno-oncology
