After teaching sold-out classes for new managers at General Assembly in San Francisco, LA, and New York, I created The New Manager Podcast, a top 2% globally ranked show that explores the human side of work and leadership.The foundation of my work is mindfulness: a skill and quality of attention that comprises presence, curiosity, and kindness. The most consistent feedback from students and clients is about my calm energy. Given what we know about nervous system co-regulation, this makes sense. I've found that adding more calm to the system creates better outcomes.For over a decade I've created transformative experiences infused with calm and practical optimism -- both virtually, and in real life. I'm a PCC certified coach. I completed coach training at UC Davis, with continuing study in Trauma-Informed Leadership at the Univ. of Wisconsin - Madison. I'm also a longtime meditator and trained as a functional movement instructor and InnerYoga teacher.People work with me for private coaching, or by joining one of my public classes on Maven.Teams and organizations work with me for individual coaching, workshops and talks that foster connection and cultivate a culture with more presence, curiosity, and kindness.
