As Regional Supply Chain Director for APAC in Caldic, I lead the supply chain and operations of Caldic’s activities in Asia Pacific, reporting into the APAC CEO. Owned by private equity, I am charged with aggressively transforming our end-to-end supply chain for our business operations in 15 countries. As Senior Vice President Operations in Flügger Group, I led the operations of a Paints manufacturer, distributor, and eCommerce player. I was responsible for the end-to-end operations including planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics, plus QHSE, R&D, innovation, and regulatory affairs. I reported into the CEO and played my part in the senior leadership team. I also served on the Board of Flügger International. As Regional Operations Director for EMEA in FMC Corporation, I led a team that manufactures and distributes crop protection chemicals for global agricultural customers. I oversaw the end-to-end supply chain from planning, procurement, and logistics, over production and toll manufacturing including quality and safety, to warehousing, distribution, and customer service. Key challenge included post-merger integration of three legacy companies. Previously I worked out of Asia (Singapore and Bangkok) in Regional VP and Global Director roles of Supply Chain and Operations for DKSH and Brenntag, distribution companies serving Chemical, Pharma, FMCG, and Technology industries. I also led Strategy and Business Development for The East Asiatic Company, which included M&A and several post merger integration assignments. My early career days I spent in Management Consulting and in FMCG and Retail roles. I have a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School, a bachelor's degree in Intercultural Management from Copenhagen Business School, and an Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST.
