* Manage full-cycle production projects for print and digital products in a quick-paced environment. * Hire copyeditors, proofreaders, indexers—oversee, review, and edit work done by them. * Handle workflow, production, and QA for all digital components: ebooks, apps, online test banks, xml, and websites. * Coordinate and maintain communication between authors, editors, and vendors. * Create schedules, track production process, and ensure all services are completed in a timely manner. * Efficiently problem-solve any issues that arise during the production process. * Oversee pricing and maintain budgets for all titles.

* Provide daily administrative support to 12 Production Editors and 3 Production Managers * Assist Production Editors with different stages of the production process: checking page proofs, reviewing and releasing final content to the printer, QC of ebooks, etc. * Responsible for managing and maintaining several intricate budgets for up to 300 titles a year. * Review content and functionality of ebooks—epub, emobi, and epdf formats—for final production. * Review content and functionality of apps, both iOS and Android versions, for final production. * Work as a Production Editor on paperback conversions and reprints of older titles. * Schedule meetings with vendors, authors, and editors.
