I believe that everyone deserves to be happy and healthy. The choices we make from how we react in a situation, what we choose to eat, and what we put on our body are all factors that affect our health. That is why not only do I teach yoga and help people manage stress, anxiety, and create more strength in their body but I also provide people a way to purchase superior, effective, and toxic-free everyday products at a discount and help people diversify their portfolio so they can live a life of their choice.

Yoga therapy is a system of health care that applies yoga techniques and practices to empower individuals to improve their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. By incorporating breathing techniques, meditation, and yoga postures for the individual, yoga therapy addresses your specific problem areas. Yoga therapy is different than a group yoga class. You do not need to know yoga to benefit from yoga therapy. Each session is tailored to fit your needs and meet you exactly where you are.

As a yoga teacher, I strive to create a comfortable and safe atmosphere that allows room for play, intuitive movement, and growth. I create vinyasa sequences that include attention to alignment and play with breath, balance, and fluidity. I am a strong believer that what we do on the mat is what we do off the mat. My aim is to guide students to their own personal power; to give them the tools to recognize their strengths and habitual tendencies to aid their personal growth, awareness of self, and interconnectivity to all things. With my a master’s degree in literature, I love to combine the power of stories with yoga. I often weave the myths and stories about various poses into the class. I like to incorporate many of the stories behind the asanas into classes giving students more intimate knowledge of the asanas as they take shapes for students to discover an internal and external connection of energy and movement. My transformative Yogic Lore Flow workshops are a fun combination of stories, asana, meditation, and mantra.
