Kimberly Burke

Kim is the Vice President of Digital Technology & Data, Food North America. An innovative, thoughtful, leader with a proven ability to operate in an ever changing, complex and ambiguous environment. Natural connector with an ability to engage teams and drive quality outcomes She is passionate about the intersection of finance, technology, and business operations and how it can help Cargill’s customers succeed. In her current role, Kim is focused on creating value for Cargill’s Food North America business, which includes Beef, Value Added Protein, Salt, Sugars, Starches, Sweeteners, Oils & Chocolate. She has served in a variety of technology leadership roles driving modernization for Cargill’s digital enablement, including leading the company’s global ERP transformation. Earlier in her career, she worked at Accenture and served in the United States Air Force. Kim serves on the board of Smart North, which promotes digital equity across at-risk communities, and the board of the Americas SAP User Group. She is a graduate of the Minnesota State University – Moorhead. Kim likes to spend time with her family, reading, cooking and outdoor sports, such as fishing and hiking.
