About
As a choice coach, facilitator, and author of The Book of Choice, I help people of all ages make decisions they can stand behind — with clarity, courage and conviction. Whether they’re facing a personal crossroads or bringing a meaningful idea to life, I guide individuals and groups through a process I developed called Choice Mapping—a grounded, self-discovery practice that helps them explore where they are, how they got here, and where they want to go. Together, we uncover the truth behind the choice. I work with people who want to be more intentional in how they live and lead — thoughtful individuals who want to feel good about the choices they’re making along the way. In addition to coaching and facilitating workshops, I’m often brought in behind the scenes by visionary leaders to help them clarify their message, shape their programs, or extract the story and strategy behind what they’re building. I bring both the heart of a coach and the mind of a strategist — listening deeply, asking questions that reveal what matters most, and helping turn ideas into action. My earlier background includes three decades in online marketing and retail merchandising, where I learned how to build trusted products, craft resonant messaging, and design ways of working that reflect how people actually want to show up and serve. Today, that experience allows me to support heart-centered creators not just with clarity of purpose — but also with how to bring their work to life. I believe the choices we make — and the ones we avoid — shape the course of our lives. I help people get unstuck by helping them think clearly, ask better questions, and make choices they trust.
