Collected, analyzed, and reported data on the Academic Advancement Program's (AAP), a program serving over 5,500 students. Engaged independently and collaboratively with a team of AAP staff and research assistants on institutional research projects informing real-world practices and decision-making within AAP.

Greeted and delivered prompt, friendly service to 100+ customers daily. Ensured establishment was organized, clean, and a safe environment for customers and employees by sweeping and mopping; wiping chairs and tables; cleaning restrooms. Processed 100+ guest orders for dine-in, to-go, delivery, and drive-thru in an efficient manner daily. Assembled orders, operated fryer, and prepared an assortment of beverages accurately.

Addressed and discussed current social issues and its effects throughout American history. Collaborated with fellow interns to brainstorm and present possible ways to help low-income families. Developed and finalized a plan for a future donation drive targeted towards families in need of basic amenities and clothes.
