As a Construction Technology Specialist at Moss & Associates, I lead initiatives that strengthen the connection between field operations and technology across all regions and project teams. My work focuses on optimizing systems, developing scalable solutions, and driving operational excellence on projects reaching values of up to a billion dollars. I play a key role in shaping Moss’s digital ecosystem through technology evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement. This includes vetting and piloting new software, managing cross-department collaboration, and developing comprehensive training curriculums and SOPs that align field performance with company standards. My responsibilities extend beyond operations to include partnerships with departments such as Preconstruction, Warranty, Safety, Finance Information Systems, AI, and Data, ensuring technology serves every stage of a project’s lifecycle. By combining a strong field background with a deep understanding of construction technology, I help Moss teams adopt innovative solutions that enhance consistency, accountability, and communication companywide. My goal is to continue leading initiatives that empower people, streamline processes, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in modern construction.
