The whole person perspective incorporates aspects of the physical, psychological, and spiritual into each day of the program. We offer a holistic life approach involving a combination of group therapy, family involvement, medication management, and behavioral education services that will help you get to your personal level of optimum functioning. We provide: Group Psychotherapy, Stress Management, Cognitive Restructuring/Cognitive Behavioral Skills Training, Anger Management, Life Balance, Relationship/Communication, & Self Awareness. We are a counseling center that is constantly seeking to be better by updating our program materials, and challenging our clinicians to be on the cutting edge of treatment strategies for our clients and families.

Assisted in the establishment of the counseling center. Developed forms, manuals and policies. Audit files and charts. Provide quality reports on budget and expenses. Train new coming staff on required paperwork. Monitor productivity, provide clinical supervision and assist in billing.

Oversee operations of the FP program for Metro North and Pasadena. Provide clinical and administrative oversight of all FP staff and subcontractors. Ensure billing is submitted in a timely manner and expenditures are recorded accordingly. Manage and assist in the developing of the contracts for each spa. Oversaw 3 subcontractors. Create meetings, develop trainings and provide budget and program updates to the Family Center Director and Chief Program Officer. Attend CAC, COA, CQI and DCFS meetings. Developed program manuals as well as created forms for the accreditation of COA (Council of Accreditation). Managed problems and client crisis. Fulfilled the agencies 1million dollar contract with the county. Participated in the agencies crisis response team. Traveled to sites and performed necessary home visits.
