Assigned as trainer to numerous new operators for the review of processes, procedures, specifications, quality visual aids, and the (OJT) on the job training sheets. Assisted in QS 9000 and TS-16949 certifications for the in depth knowledge of manufactured products, component materials and the ability to answer all auditors questions. Participated in eight yearly plant-wide inventories. Able to achieve desired production goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
