Manage clinical services to the co-occurring and chemically dependent population in a sober living aftercare for Men, Women, And Military Veterans. Address issues of re-balancing substance abuse patterns with co-occurring medical conditions, depression, anxiety, suicide, grief, and crisis counseling. Responsible for Women’s counseling in transitional home.

Facilitate patient stabilization, support, and safety plans for suicidal patients, co-occurring for medical conditions, self injury, eating disorders, chemical addictions, depression, anxiety, suicide, grief, and crisis management. Conduct Bio-psychosocial assessments, provide individual one on one counseling, facilitate family sessions, and parenting education. Coordinate services with outside resources and case management for aftercare.

Managed a case load of 20 adults and adults with issues such as medical, depression, anxiety, suicide, grief, and crisis. Supported clients in providing active listening, mutual engagement, and emotional support for managing daily life in areas of life transition, mental health, high conflict personality disorders, new coping skills, and addictions by identifying obsolete patterns, impact of breach in inner bonding and building strong positive resiliency. Tied-in clients needs to community resources and coordinated with Psychologist.

-Conducted telephone and employment counseling for a women's domestic violence, sexual assault, economic crisis, and suicide hotline agency. CCC has been in existence for over 30 yrs and supports the Elgin community.
