Lead CS (Team Operations) for the Train the Trainers program of STEAM for Vietnam + Organized onboarding and guided teachers in creating online learning accounts. + Received and handled feedback, provided consultation, and resolved issues for more than 30,000 teachers registering for accounts via email. + Collected insights from teachers to promote registration for S4V programs. Utilized data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to compile KPI reports for management. + Developed plans, created tracking sheets for events, production plans, etc. + Sub-PM and Lead Content for teaching activities in the Train the Trainers program: Coordinated team members to send communication content to more than 30,000 teachers across online platforms such as email, Facebook, and Zalo.

As a first-year student, with the knowledge I accumulated myself, I sold moon cakes online and earned 4 times the revenue of the investment. It sounds impossible for a girl who just came to Hanoi, but I have researched and loved business since I was a child. I imported cakes from Bac Ninh through relatives and distributed them to consumers. I mainly do business on Facebook and run ads on my own personal page.
