As a Team Leader for the company I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the CRNA team. Along with being directly responsible for my own production, I was also involved in budgeting for the team, development of staff, employee evaluations and raises, key account sales and helping with the hiring process for the team for which I was responsible. As a Staffing Coordinator I was involved in helping source, identify, recruit and present CRNA’s to clients for consideration for their job openings. Helped qualify candidates for our own internal credentials process, and helped facilitate credentialing at client work sites. I also attended trade shows and facilitated the growth of the department through production and through the training of other team members as requested by management.

Responsible for the gathering, transcription, coding and analysis of highly sensitive military and diplomatic intelligence in Asia, Europe and the U.S. Held a Top Secret Security Clearance.

As a Staffing manager I manage all functions associated with the recruiting, screening and placement of nurses. Including service calls and sales activity. Identify and resolve any customer concerns or problems. Resolve payroll problems, monitor unemployment cost and worker’s compensation claims. Perform drug testing, background checks, reference checks and other preliminary hiring process requirements for all applicants.

Interview, evaluate and orient applicants for temporary assignment to fill customer orders. Receive detailed orders from customer, match employees to job requirements, quote rates based on gross profit guidelines to meet or exceed profitability. Hire, train and counsel temporary employees to enhance performance and assist them in developing work ethics. Perform drug testing, background checks, reference checks and other preliminary hiring process requirements for all applicants. Terminate employees based on company policy and in accordance with applicable Federal and State laws. Prepare required reports for customers. Evaluate and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service through quality assurance calls. Identify and resolve any customer concerns or problems. Resolve payroll problems, monitor unemployment cost and worker’s compensation claims to enhance the profitability of the branch. Recruit quality employees and initiate programs to increase the employee pool.

As a Branch manager I am responsible for the daily operations and business development of the Merced branch, along with being directly responsible for my own sales development, I am also involved in budgeting for the branch, development of staff, employee evaluations and raises, key account sales and financial oversight of the branch, as well as processing payroll each week.
