I have enjoyed a progressive career in ladies fashion and home decor and have both the technical expertise and core competencies to succeed as a leader. I have particular strengths in developing and maintaining relationships with colleagues, staff, and vendors. I am a persuasive communicator and I strive to convey both warmth and energy in my interactions. I am well-motivated and able to work in a systematic fashion while dealing with multiple and competing pressures. My intuitive decision making style allows me to react to opportunities and is supported by intellect and strong critical thinking skills My stress tolerance is well developed and I consider myself a strong people leader, I enjoy aligning my staff around challenging goals and motivating them to succeed. I take an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic approach to challenges and enjoy taking risk in order to seize marketplace opportunities. My strengths are people and product: I can research, merchandise, source, negotiate and follow up any product available in the ladiewear segment whilst getting a team on board to ensure that goods are shipped and profitable sales are made!!!
