Working with the rest of the BP/SAVVY Merchandise Coordinators to make sure all work gets done on time. Coming up with better ways to ensure our team was executing tasks efficiently.

Getting all items bought set up in a timely manner. Managing the buyers schedule with vendor appointments as well as organizing/scheduling their market appointments. Helping organize samples for style out and making sure everything is sent out on time back to the vendors.

Providing excellent customer service to our customers ensuring they have a great experience. Helping lead the team to make sure we hit our sales goals for the day as well as making sure I am exceeding my personal selling goals everyday.

Analyzing different aspects of our business to make sure we are in line with plans. Managing the item setup process for all new items being bought for upcoming seasons, negotiating RTV's to help keep inventory clean and healthy, managing all markdowns and competitive pricing, taking on tasks/projects and prioritizing them to ensure everything that is going to impact our business the most is taken care of in a timely manner, keeping track of purchase orders and making sure all orders are shipping on time, managing all aspects of our Drop Ship business, and much more. Providing new ideas to help improve process efficiency for the team, and the division we are in, to help improve our business.
