FBM Properties is a commercial real estate management company with properties in downtown Louisville and surrounding areas. I oversee day-to-day accounting operations for 21 commercial property buildings. I am responsible for monthly financial statements , reconciling accounts, accounts payable , accounts receivable, journal entries , adjusting entries, budgeting and cash forecasting. I review and evaluate property tax assessments, process appeals and budget , and allocate costs. I prepare monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax returns for Federal , state and local authorities. I perform annual CAM reconciliations and assemble the necessary detail and back-up for the tenant's use. I update and prepare annual depreciation and amortization schedules.
