•ensure that customer requirements on product specifications and acceptable (borderline) quality standards are available before mass production and properly communicated to relevant parties (this includes color guides, technical specs, visual controls) •to ensure that a product is safe for consumption, food safety should be considered during the initial stages of a product’s lifecycle •be involved in hazard identification and critical control points determination •monitor the critical control points •sits in as a member of Product Recall Team, initiate the product recall test and take part in the food defense test •review QA Reports and ensures that proper inspection have been conducted and data(s) are available to show that products conform to customers specifications, in behalf of her QA Supervisor •ensure that NC products are properly segregated and labeled to prevent their unintended delivery to customers • escalate the identified nonconforming products to immediate superior with proper recommendations on their final disposition • conduct documented study on shelf life of products • ensure that applicable procedures for the implementation of the Product Safety Management System are implemented in the Primary Packaging Area • Ensures that subordinates fully implement the: 6S, Company policies, Health and Safety policy, Relevant QMS procedures, Relevant FSMS procedures, Relevant EMS procedures • Submits the required monthly reports every 5th of the month: Summary of Customer Complaints, Summary of Nonconforming Products, Trend report of Top Defects and Contributing Sections, Summary of lacking quantities • conduct investigation of Internal complaint and customer complaint • support the laboratory management program involving use, calibration and safekeeping of test and all equipment in the laboratory • ensure safe and appropriate use of testing, measuring and all other equipment in the laboratory • train and assist new/other QA personnel
