During my internship at Sawit Kinabalu, I gained hands-on experience in HR operations, particularly in the Compensation and Benefits unit. My responsibilities included: • Ensuring accuracy in employee compensation data. • Handling employee benefit documentation, including leave records, and claims • Supporting the maintenance of confidential HR records and improving file organization. • Aiding in compliance tasks and preparation of HR reports for internal use. • Collaborating with the HR team on process improvements and daily administrative support. This experience enhanced my understanding of HR policies, /, and employee benefits management in a corporate setting.

During my time as a cashier and forecourt attendant at Petronas, I honed my customer service and multitasking skills, handling transactions efficiently while ensuring a smooth flow of operations at the station. This role taught me how to manage time under pressure, resolve customer inquiries effectively, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
