Hi, I’m Christina “Kiki” Herrman, Realtor along Florida’s stunning Scenic 30A corridor and proud USC grad. I launched my real estate career in 2015 and have been helping clients make their coastal dreams come true ever since. In 2017, I teamed up with my husband and business partner, Cory Herrman, and together we’ve built The Herrman Team at Counts Real Estate Group 30A. We’ve been Top Producers ever since—closing over $16M in sales in both 2023 and 2024. Cory’s background in Real Estate and Urban Analysis (UF grad with a Finance minor!) and my passion for people make us a strong, balanced team.
