Operated as a Team Lead for 1 month, managing day-to-day operations and addressing conflicts and complaints, while establishing a centralized knowledge base to expedite daily processes.

Participated as a researcher in the MaSDiv program "Supporting Mathematics and Science Teachers in Addressing Diversity and Promoting fundamental Values" Contributed to preparation of a MaSDiV booklet for teachers and teacher educators that contained information on the MaSDiV subjects, the course as well as ready to use classroom materials which were developed as part of the project. Delivered training courses in order to support maths and science teachers in accommodating cultural, socioeconomic, and performance-related diversity in their classrooms.

Upon successful completion of my MΑ in Special Education and Training I was able to: • To delve into the basic bibliography of special education. • To examine critically research outcomes and think of their implications for the educational system. • To pinpoint problems and plan and carry out research to address those problems. • To critically analyze educational problems -considering their sociological, psychological and philosophical dimensions- and develop a rational course of action which will provide optimal solutions. My postgraduate thesis experience, a quantitative study about "The Views of Primary Special Education Teachers on their Training in the Practice of Co-teaching" provided me with valuable learning outcomes in order to productively manage a whole research project (literature review, analysing data, reporting results). After my presentation and the defense of my thesis to jury of 3 professors, I was endorsed and invited to present my work at an academic conference.

During my BΑ in Educational and Social Policy I was able to get familiar with the cognitive subjects from pedagogy, psychology, sociology, philosophy, didactics, computer science and new technologies and statistics. My thesis experience, a literature review about "Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder in Relation to Substance Addiction in Adolescence" was a significant introduction to research and provided me with methods and skills that made my research efforts more efficient and effective.
