Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards. Responsible for Network Systems High Availability & Disaster recovery readiness. IT Data Networks Security by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access. Networks Capacity planning, optimization, and management. IT Networks uptime monitoring and performance assurance for the Branch and Head Office Network. Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects. Leading Network Systems Incident, problem & requests management.

Maintain a stable WAN/LAN network infrastructure; Manage internal and external access control to the Bank network; Ensure Bank data confidentiality, integrity and availability over the Bank WAN/LAN; Perform network and security technology needs analysis and advise the Bank accordingly; Ensure stable and secure internet connectivity for all bank internet based systems (money gram, RTGS, SWIFT, VPNs, Email and Browsing); Design, configure, optimize and maintain Bank Networks and documentation; DRP, Virtual infrastructure, Data backup and Replication management of all Bank Systems

Design, configure, deploy and maintain the Bank network and Security infrastructure. Analyze Problems; recommend solutions, products and technologies to meet business objectives. Actively protect Bank information assets and infrastructure from external or internal threats, Information access, security bleach and privacy. Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting of VPNs, routing protocols, VLANs, and Tunnels. Plan and coordinate both business continuity and disaster recovery Plans. Preparing the network to allow connections from partnering banks and testing backups at the DR site.
