I lead and assist with Numin’s digital presence end-to-end across web, content, and growth. As part of the small founding team, I was heavily involved in setting up, developing, and continuing the core systems that got the brand launched. Helping design, build, and maintain the website, and establishing the backend digital operations that keep the business running (CX flows, logistics processes, and paid ads infrastructure). I oversee content production from ideation through filming and editing, and support influencer marketing by sourcing, coordinating, and managing creators working with the brand. I engage with ideating, writing, and producing email/SMS campaigns, as well as static ad concepts and assets. In our first month, we scaled to five-figure revenue, and continue driving aggressive month-on-month growth targets with a focus on repeatable systems and high-performing creative.

Photo and video editor, well versed in Final Cut Pro and the Adobe editing suite. Successfully completed a wide variety of freelance creative shoots including podcasts, promotional content, creative projects and sports content, with a strong customer satisfaction rate. Able to produce a diverse range of product options based on the style, needs, desires, and budgets of clients. Responsible for managing sport facilities on the Brunel University campus. Served as a supervisor to all staff, managed operations and maintained facilities. Utilised gym operating software to manage facility bookings and memberships, whilst maintaining gym portals. Responsible for the welfare of all staff and clients on-site whilst on shift, with necessary first-aid training. Responsible for managing 3 bar stations within the Kings House Chelsea restaurant and bar. Served as a direct point of contact for customers, handling transactions at the bar. Responsible for organising private event hire and operations. Responsible for managing logistic functions such as completing product orders, stock takes and POS software maintenance. Served as a direct assistant to Production Manager, supporting all aspects of studio visual and audio production. Social Media Manager for all social platforms linked to 22fifty. Handled all billing and scheduling admin processes. Identified and maximised sales opportunities, and increased customer retention rates. Worked to ensure a positive and hassle-free customer experience.
