I have led and delivered multimillion-dollar projects, optimizing costs, enhancing performance, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards of quality and safety. As the Project Director/Chief Operating Officer at Uzbekistan GTL, I oversaw the engineering, procurement, commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting of the country's first GTL plant, a landmark project that involved multiple stakeholders, contractors, and partners. I also managed the production, maintenance, and logistics of the plant, ensuring smooth and efficient operations and meeting the targets and expectations of the clients and the government. In addition, I supported the strategic planning, business development, and risk management of the company, contributing to its growth and sustainability in a competitive and dynamic market.
