Provide a wide array of executive administrative support directly to two offices, two principal brokers and 60 + agents. Promote and provide support on all company technology tools, including: DocuSign, ZipForms, Paperless Pipeline, TrendGraphix, MoxiWorks, Touch CMA, and WORC site. Manage transactions and pay outs to our agents. Responsible for on-boarding new agents and providing clear communication with all of our Brokers and other offices. Act as the "Keeper of the Space" and ensure the office is clean, organized, efficient, and on-brand at all times. Keeping inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Answer phones and act as the face of the company. Create feel-good moments for agents and their clients whenever possible.

Prepared and managed reports and billing documents, organized and coordinated new and existing inspections, maintained schedules and calendars of 7+ inspectors, arranged and confirmed appointments through various forms of communication i.e. outlook, gmail, CMC (booking database), telephone, etc. Handled incoming mail, set up and maintained filing systems, created and maintained invoices through Quickbooks and logging through Excel. Handled credit card/payment information, coordinated the flow of information both internally and externally.

Acted as the liason between Bob Lanphere Beaverton Motorcycles and the contracted web design agency, Dealerspike. Coordinated many live chats, attended various seminars involving business development, marketing, and marketing management. Dealt with the maintenance of the company website as well as Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, and Google Reviews. Created ads for the website and Facebook, using Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Responsible for various administrative tasks such as completing and submitting time cards for technicians and warranty claims for the dealers.
