As the sole team member overseeing marketing, sales, and customer service, I manage the full commercial pipeline for a fast-growing CPG brand. In a company of under 10 employees, I wear multiple hats and lead initiatives across retail expansion, e-commerce growth, and brand development. I represent United With Earth at major international produce trade shows, generate and manage new retail sales leads, and support placement in new store locations. I launched and built the company’s presence on Amazon and Walmart, creating and managing all listings, content, and backend operations. I also oversee our direct-to-consumer online store and customer service communications. On the marketing side, I lead all creative execution, including packaging design, label updates, booth displays, catalogs, logos, and brand materials. In addition, I oversee our social media presence, developing content and campaigns that align with our brand identity and boost sales. This role has given me hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of brand growth — from strategy and design to sales outreach and customer retention.

I manage our Shopify store, optimize product listings for SEO, and drive brand engagement through digital marketing and social media. I oversee our Instagram and Facebook accounts, create content, and foster community interaction. I also develop online sales strategies, execute email marketing campaigns, and maintain our Google Business profile to boost visibility. Additionally, I design marketing materials and represent the brand at ski and outdoor events to build relationships and strengthen our presence in the industry.

As a Housing Specialist, I redesigned the HCA website, bringing it up to date with new and engaging graphics for both the site and social media platforms. Utilizing Airtable, to track and organize new housing projects. Spearheading targeted email campaigns to educate our subscribers as well as work to expand our subscriber base. Finding ways to advocating and raise awareness for the new housing bond.

I was responsible for managing account creations, sending invoices, granting appropriate access on internal systems and assisting my team in a variety of tasks that helped Novi Connect's platform run smoothly. I played a pivotal role within the Customer Service team, where I handled email inquiries and participated in Zoom calls to promote Novi to customers.

Call prospective high school students, give tours of our campus, and work under our administration staff. Contact mainly high school students to answer questions, help them with admissions, and promote our university. We also host many events and engaging activities on campus.
