Fraud Risk & Strategy Specialist Fraud detection, real-time risk consult through risk rules in providing safe and secure digital finance platform for a best customers experiences. Mitigate risk by reactive and proactive measure includes analyze reported fraud cases or identify fraudulent activity from users transaction dashboard monitoring and risk assessment on new payment products. Use analytics in analyzing and close the gaps for platform's fraud trend or behavioral. My accomplishments include introduced cool-off rules for different risk level of customers, reduced the chargeback due to stolen-card behavior, minimize account-take-over fraud, and a significant loss protection > RM 5Mil. due to multiple fraud syndicates and personal abuse.

Compliance section. Evaluate and verify user information in KYC for digital finance onboarding, includes QA screening on high profile accounts for AML, ATF and report on suspicious activity.

Successfully monitored and recorded underwater communities (hands on) on coral, fish, and primary producers in islands from Terengganu (Lang Tengah, Yu Besar, Yu Kecil, Karah, Kapas, Bidong, Perhentian, Geluk, and Tengkorak), total up to 31 stations (16 for CVT, 5 for Fish Census and 10 for Marine Biology and Ecology). Project involvement under grant by HICoE and Taman Laut Malaysia.<br><br>Successfully provide background research for 5 islands in Terengganu (Perhentian, Redang, Lang Tengah, Kapas, and Tenggol) on Biological Carrying Capacity for Research and Development Plan of Islands and Marine Parks of Terengganu 2018 (Kajian Pelan Pembangunan Pulau-Pulau Peranginan dan Taman Laut Negeri Terengganu). <br><br>Successfully collect (hands on field surveys, sample collections, laboratory and data analysis) and present data (biological) for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) project series (Kuantan Port, Tok Bali Port, Kemaman Port, Johor Port, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, Tioxide Kemaman).<br><br>Successfully learned and master Coral Video Transect (CVT), Coral Point Count with Excel extensions (CPCe) tool, digital camera operation, Microsoft Office Excels, Word and Powerpoint, Microscope handling and field operation.<br>

Successfully supply demand in underwater sports. In-charge of sales and services of scuba packages and gears. Assist dive instructor in diving trips.

A seasonal part-time outreach program held by Universiti Malaysia Terengganu for undergraduate student, known as Survival Laut dan Penghayatan Warisan. Hands on involvement in teaching, demonstrate outdoor (kayaking, water confident session, snorkeling) and team work skills. This position needs me to adapt good and strong communication skills and delivery technique.

Projects accomplishment: • Coral Reef Resilience in islands of Terengganu (2019). - Professional underwater data collection (CVT), data processing tool (CPCe) and coral reef’s distribution pattern (CHI) reports. • Seasonal Dynamic of Plankton Community Structure in Tropical Reef Ecosystem of Bidong Archipelago, South China Sea (2014- 2018, myBrain15 myPhd). - Full management research project execution on marine biodiversity, ecology and coral reef ecosystem resiliency status. • Development Plan of Islands and Marine Parks of Terengganu (2017-2018) - Coral reef’s carrying capacity status for PLAN Malaysia Terengganu. • Coral Reefs Baseline Project, benthic survey (CVT) in Marine Park of Pulau Perhentian, Terengganu (2014), Marine Park Terengganu and UUM. The study successfully justified the plankton biodiversity, distributions and ecological resiliency in coral reef ecosystem. The knowledge contributed to new information for ecological study and fisheries industry.

Dissertation Title: Ecology of Coastal Zooplankton in Mangrove Ecosystem of Muar and Balok, Peninsular Malaysia. The study successfully justified the importance of plankton and mangrove ecosystem that connect the riverine, estuarine and coastal area as nursery and potential for mariculture practices and improve local economy. Kupang (Mollusca) is a local product and the knowledge contributed to new information for fisheries industry. P/s: Study took longer time from expected due to no research funding and have to work part-time.
