-Playing an active lead in the operations building process, establishing process verticals, implementing SOPs, protocols and best practices -Effectively converted the dormant operations into an active and result-oriented entity by winning trust and driving people towards performance Extensively involved in the department level strategies formulation and execution to meet the department goals - Closely work with the Business Unit Leadership to understand scope and requirements of department’s existing/ expansion projects, and to deploy resources towards building the product - Participation in strategic initiatives: Participate in strategic initiatives and help move department goals forward. The initiatives must be completed and rolled out in a timely manner. They also must also regularly monitor the progress of their initiatives to make sure they are yielding desired results. -Partner with HR for selection and retention of employees to ensure a dynamic and healthy pipeline of talent is maintained - Besides handling existing team and projects, managing the SNL’s New Project expansions in European and global markets
