From aligning presales insights with technical development to overseeing implementation, I ensure that products are not just built but successfully delivered and adopted.My strength lies in managing cross-functional teams and bringing clarity to complex workflows. I actively coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams, streamline processes using automation tools, and ensure projects move forward with speed and structure.
