I'm working in Capgemini in an O2C process for Spanish and Portuguese Market, where I'm responsible for Collections and Dispute Management. I've supported Customer's Disputes, special customers, focus list and bulk requests. Currently, I'm supporting Top Accounts, Aging Report, Bad Debt Reduction, Escalations, DD Rejection Report, Stop Trade Process, Payment Plan, coordinating with Cash Apps, Disputes, Billing, CMD and Sales Team to follow up on customer's requests and providing training and support to new joiners.

I've worked in Cognizant in an O2C process for Spanish and Latin American Markets, Where I was responsable for Collections and Cash Applications. I've supported in releasing orders on hold, Invoice uploads, Aging Report Refreshing, Payment Application, Debit Credit Matching, ON Account Posting, Block and Unblock Accounts, Reviewing invoices status on customer's portals and update them in our ERPs, coordinating with Customer Service, Cash Apps, Sales and CMD Team to follow up on customer's requests, providing comments on our top accounts to our client in weekly meetings and providing training and support to new joiners.

I've worked in Zen3 as an Quality Analyst. Over there, I used to monitor and review the queries and content in Spanish and Portuguese language in Search Optimization of our Client’s Platform. I’ve worked for Spanish and Latin American Markets. I’ve reviewed Place, Product, Address and Business-related Queries.

I’ve worked in ECPL as a Client Relationship Officer. In my designation I used to monitor and check the quality of our content in Spanish and Portuguese language as an Quality Analyst. I also used to translate and validate texts in Spanish and Portuguese language in our Client's Reports to ensure compliance with quality.
