Some of the projects I was involved in included: Buy-side due diligence for the largest private equity fund in Central Asia; Permanent establishment matters and tax consulting for one of the biggest Japanese conglomerates; Uzbekistan entity tax optimization for NASDAQ-listed tech company; Comparative jurisdictional analysis for Swiss family office in trust/fund structures and insurance premiums; JV tax and corporate structuring between Uzbekistan's largest payment system and Georgias' biggest automotive company; Sell-side due diligence for a $300M telecommunications and M2M corporation; and International tax structuring/holding structure analysis of 3 of the biggest food chains in Uzbekistan.
