As a Co-Founder, my focus lies in building businesses that endure beyond their first wave of success. I have learned that building a business is less about chasing growth and more about sustainability. Markets, consumers, perceptions and assumptions change. My work sits at the intersection of these pillars where strategy, scale and re-invention converge to drive meaningful transformation and how long-term value is built quietly over time. In 1997, my two brothers and I joined hands to explore a gap we saw in the region’s home market - limited options between mass production and imported luxury. That exploration became Marina Home Interiors. Having been born in India and worked across Switzerland, Spain and the UAE, I’ve seen how different cultures shape the way people live. When brought together thoughtfully, those influences don’t compete - they elevate. That idea continues to guide how we build, position and expand the brand across regions. Over time, one lesson has stayed constant: what creates success can also create inertia. Growth matters, but relevance matters more - and staying ahead of change requires challenging your own assumptions before the market does. Outside the business, endurance sports remain a constant. Long-distance running, in particular, mirrors leadership, patience, pacing and focus over the long term. Nearly three decades on, the mindset I value most is still that of a beginner - staying curious and resisting the comfort of assumed answers.
