• Managed East regional spare parts operations, ensuring availability, timely replenishment, and distribution to support after-sales service and market demand. • Led a team of 3 Branch Supervisors (direct reports) and 20 indirect team members. • Developed and implemented spare parts planning and forecasting, aligning with sales trends, warranty requirements, and service center needs. • Monitored and controlled inventory levels, stock aging, and turnover, minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. • Coordinated with the head of department for the procurement of spare parts, optimising lead times and costs. • Led the order management process, including purchase orders, delivery scheduling, and system updates (SAP/ERP). • Ensured on-time availability of critical spare parts, achieving high service levels and customer satisfaction. • Prepared and presented MIS & KPI reports (stock status, consumption analysis, service fill rate, returns, and backorders) for management decision-making. • Implemented process improvements to enhance spare parts distribution efficiency and service levels across the region. • Trained and supervised team members, ensuring adherence to company standards and continuous skill development.

- Lead the Production and Material Planning. - Directed to 5 Supervisors, direct reporting, and 125 team members, indirect reporting through supervisors. - Conduct meetings with the marketing department for the master production schedule for the month. Plan production of assemblies & manufacturing lines with respect to their lead times on SAP. Monitor production and supplies compliance on a daily basis through Ganba activity. Conduct weekly and monthly production review meetings & discuss problems and their countermeasures. Make MIS and KPI in which productivity, suppliability, quality, safety, improvements, critical issues, etc. are reported. Prepare presentations of production progress for the monthly management review. - Leader of safety and security of our department, reports accidents to the safety head and takes necessary countermeasures, and counsels team members for awareness on safety issues. Create a detailed summary report of all accidents and their corresponding countermeasure status. - Issue raw materials to production lines with respect to their production plans, contact with SCM for shortages and also control work in process (WIP) of the plant. Report all discrepancies and WIP status to HOD

- In charge of post assembly to the dispatch area, leading 42 team members. - Plan to ensure the timely supply of products to customers and meet commitments outlined in the monthly Production Schedule (MPS) on a daily basis—train team members on the concept of a multi-skilled operator. Use documents to control production and quality, such as production & supply reports, control charts, inspection sheets, and attendance and overtime records.

- Designed new press shop on Auto CAD. Responsible for all improvement activities or projects, used Auto CAD for designing of trolleys & racks. Make new improved layouts - Daily process and quality audit of every work station to find the gaps. Use 7 QC tools for analysis and solution of defects and problems. Close QPR’s (Quality Problem Reports) with effective countermeasures. Monitor daily rejection, reworking and make plans to control. Makes monthly defect analysis report (MIS) for monthly review
