Worked with OAN holding following responsibilities: •Receiving alarm from OMC-T, OMC-R, NSS, IN and trouble shooting of these alarms in the real time to minimize MTTR. •Provide Level-I support to trouble shoot SDH & PDH (Alcatel, NEC, Spectrum, and Altium), OFJAN & DWDM. •Commissioning of new Motorolla Cell Sites, BSC’s, XCDR’s •Expansion of existing cell site •Handling and maintenances of Siemens DIU, Alcatel switches & Huawei Soft switches •Operate Motorola OMC-R terminal •Managing and handling of ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) Lucent Passport, which is used to compress the data and involve fast transmission •All integration related tasks i.e. inter MSC lines patching, LDI connectivity, STP connectivity ATM lines patching, DTE related patching etc. •Reparenting of cell sites •BSC & Transcoders Commissioning •Maintaining data base of all Access & Core integration activities •Migration of BSC's from one MSC to another MSC •Technical Support for PTCL leased lines •Maintain records, analysis and reports information in order to ensure that records meet both internal and external reporting requirements. •Network support and maintenance service planning and coordination. •Provide Level-I support for SYNC equipment. •Maintaining report of the alarms reported during the shift and handover it to next on- call engineer.
