• Take over ownership from sales team and identify requirement gap. • Assist in the definition of project requirement scope, change request and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Provide Project Plan and report project progress to stakeholders. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Drive the project compliance according to company direction. • Itemize design, implementation and testing task in ALM and distribute the task accordingly to the team. Provide Detail Design document is necessary.

R&D Department • Develop standard product base on different warehouse solution system. • Resolve tracker that raise from regional project teams regarding product bugs, enhancement, and product clarification. • Research and Implement value added product which aid or shorten the project team manhours. • Collaborate with Product Owner to come out release planning, roadmaps, release notes, and lastly execution. Project Implementation Department • Participate in customer requirement gathering sessions and provide technical opinion. • Take over project customization module ownership and provide detail design. • Implement project and perform peer review on the source code. • Mentoring junior programmer on company coding standard and policy. • Provide user manual and training session to customer before system goes live.
