- Draft and review contract templates, bilingual contracts, purchase orders, and related documents; - Coordinate with internal departments to manage project documentation, pricing, quotations, and contract implementation; - Monitor and report on customer data and the status of ongoing projects; - Liaise with clients throughout project execution; - Arrange and update meeting schedules and prepare meeting minutes; - Handle payment documentation for the sales team; - Update legal regulations relevant to sales operations.

- Drafting contracts, contract templates, and other documents as required; - Researching, preparing documents and procedures, submitting applications to the relevant competent authorities; - Supporting other departments in drafting, reviewing, and revising documents arising in practice; - Storing, managing and assisting in providing legal documents as requested by departments; - Performing other tasks as arising.
