My focus is on partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire top talent in IT infrastructure, trading connectivity, cloud, software engineering, security, and emerging technologies. I began my journey in talent acquisition through an internship with Itiviti (now a Broadridge business), where I was exposed early to the unique demands of fintech recruitment. Since then, I’ve expanded my scope to cover regional recruitment across APAC, building partnerships across borders and cultures, and navigating highly competitive talent markets.
