This workout, and work-in, is ideal for anyone and everyone wanting to create a lasting sense of wellbeing and calm. I began the journey from participant to instructor in October 2016, completing my certification in May 2017. Joining Queensland Rail as Business Support Manager to the then Head of Legal & Governance, my role provided executive advice and support to the General Counsel / Company Secretary in all matters associated with the effective and efficient management of the Function. The role provides critical support the leader and encompasses the complexities inherent in planning, reporting, governance, project delivery and business performance.

Stepping into this role whilst a colleague took maternity leave, I provided direct support to three of the firm’s six divisions – Construction, Engineering & Infrastructure (CE&I); Dispute Resolution Corporate and Financial Litigation Insolvency (CFLI) and Human Resources & Industrial Relations (HR&IR).
