Receive goods to input in to the system (ERP) bas on purchase order with actual stock received from stock keeper. -   Input purchase invoice in to the system based on purchase price that already approved sign with boss and supplier. - Confirmed the amount statement to all supplier when month end. - Prepared document stock counting report to each store and go through together with them for stock counting at mid night or when the stores are closing. - Prepared all invoice for account to submit payment to supplier. - Reconcile G/L entry between summary reports with detail report, and commit deadline report for all every month.
