• Provide technical advice on Vertiv product application and selection to SEA&NA Marketing Unit. • Propose engineering design and installation of Thermal product, particularly in Data Center environment and others such as Light industrial and Transportation. • Generate Bill of Quantity and technical specification for proposed design. • Conduct comprehensive market trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential risk. • Perform detailed competitor analysis to understand market positioning and strategic initiatives. • Develop and implement effective pricing positioning strategies to ensure competitive advantage and profitability for Mega Project.

Support design and quality functions of customers. Work as interface between customer and Danfoss factories. Work closely with customers to improve the performance and reliability of end products. Understanding and managing technical aspects in different applications like cold rooms, chillers, air-conditioners, and air-driers among others. Understanding baskets of products and study the customer needs to provide suitable solution. Demonstrate the ability to test different units like air-conditioners, cold rooms etc, analyse the results, find weak links and support customers for design improvement.

Provide energy solution for buildings. Evaluate and optimize energy usage for client's chiller plant and air side equipment. Review energy use and design strategies to improve the system efficiency and reduce energy related cost. Continuously and professionally challenging the clients to apply proposed strategies to achieve chiller plant efficiency. Achievement: Took charge to managed a shopping mall and a 5-star hotel retrofit project . The mall’s chiller plant energy efficiency improved by 20%, average energy cost saving up to RM1 million. The hotel’s chiller plant was optimized to reduce 21% of its energy consumption and average energy cost saving reached up to RM1.2 million.

Provide technical and service support to in-house technician/customer. Provide accurate and efficient troubleshooting in the event of equipment breakdown with the relevant PAC equipment working principle and basic electrical components knowledge.

Demonstrated technical response and service support to local and oversea customer. Continuously and meticulously update on product sales support information to ensure accuracy and expedite sales team response to standard inquiries. Respond to customer breakdown complaints within 24 hours and provide onsite troubleshooting.

Provide technical support, inquiry and quotation to overseas OEM partner such as Trane, Sakura, Mitsubishi, Toprank, TFSS and etc. Involved in sales order processing, production schedule planning to ensure on-time delivery. Responsible as MRP Coordinator to implement and monitor corporate systems as well as coordinate inter-department process flowing MRP system.
