Key competence • Vast experience in managing Semiconductor Backend Capex (Wafer Probe, Assembly & Test) & raw material procurement. • Lead rigorous and objective contract negotiation with key suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, excellent quality, service and support been negotiated and is maximum benefit to company. • Conduct business review meeting with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies and identify potential cost down and improvement. • Analyze market and delivery trends so as to develop procurement technologies and process that support those trends • Update procurement strategies based on changing market conditions • Set department strategy (Target, benchmarking, timelines and resources plan) to meet and exceed KPI. This is ensure the execution of standards, controls, policies, procedures and performance metrics to effectively and efficiently managed.
