- Lead the team design process on given projects from early stage until end of project: Concept/ Scheme/ Detailed design/ Installation/ Hand over. - Communicate with client to understand their needs/ problems and report to Director and design team on timely and accuracy manner. - Responsible for maintaining design standards, communicating the standards to Project teams, and ensuring all new design and construction activities are consistent with the same. - Refer to technical specifications within Guidelines, Lighting, MEP, other.. - Work closely with the Supply chain & Internal partners to optimize value projects. - Analysis and appraisal of current project status and forecast of activities in order to ensure completion of project on schedule. - Work independently in addressing complex tasks in a time sensitive environment.
