Support both administrative and construction activities as assigned by the supervisor Review proposals/specifications, drawings and perform material takeoffs Supervise subcontractors and communicate with vendors Preparing work plans, assuring quality control, managing and tracking costs and materials, scheduling equipment, administering safety programs and maintaining exceptional owner relations

Work with project engineer and assistant project engineer to make sure all disciplines are following rules and regulations in place as per contract with client. Work with field engineers, lead field engineers and foreman's to make sure construction is being carried as per the latest drawings with all safety and document control procedures in place. Work on change orders with Client / Sponsors. Ensure that document control is in place on daily basis. Ensure Material is ordered, received and inspected in timely manner Perform Care and Maintenance on all permanent equipment on job site

Work with project team to create all design documents and drawings for a project, including creating wiring diagrams from schematics, generating bills of materials, and applying field mark-ups of project as-built drawings with minimal supervision Perform Engineering support tasks such as relay burden, lighting, load flow, and short circuit calculations with minimal supervision Extensively used Microsoft Excel to organize store daily and weekly paper work Spend time at job sites to gain hands-on knowledge and additional training in substation construction and design Work on incoming projects to obtain correct quantities, that will be required to bid accurately Work with teams to perform accurate take offs for estimating a new project Work with softwares like MC2, hard dollar and Naviworks software
