Managing purchase, sales, payment, receipt collection & journal voucher.  Verification of bills & reconciliation of total turnover & managing bank, debtors & creditors reconciliation.  Preparing reports on account payable and account receivable and maintaining cash transaction & petty cash book along with day to day cash & bank transactions.  Preparing outstanding list of debtor & making payment follow-up, preparing of tax invoices, vouchers & agency payment.  Reconciliation of bank statement at the end of month.  Maintain salary register, balance sheet & profit & loss.  Responsible for administrative services including all aspects of HR management, shipment & payment management.

The assignments were for the following companies: * Kausar Ghee Mills/Kausar Feed Mills. * Qarshi Industries. * Tayyab Textile Mills. * P.D.H Pharmaceuticals. * Maintain client relationship at the appropriate level and present a favorable impression of the firm. * Resolution of accounting/technical issue raised by clients. * Ensuring members of the audit team communicate, interact and collaborate effectively. * Act with objectively, independence and integrity all times * Keep up-to-date with any changes or planned changes to accounting standards and understand their impact on audit strategy. * Understand, evaluate and test the design and operation of accounting and internal control systems, offering recommendations for any weaknesses noted. * Prepare and critically review statutory accounts to ensure they fully meet company policy, company law and financial reporting requirements.
