● Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, delivery time, and service. ● Make price comparisons of various suppliers, and choose according to the set budget and quality of goods. ● Negotiate contracts, prices, payment terms, and delivery schedule with suppliers. ● Issue purchase orders (PO), and ensure timely confirmation and fulfillment. ● Maintain updated records of purcased products, delivery information, supplier performance. ● Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing based on production or stock requirements. ● Colaborate with internal depertment to clarify specification and material needs. ● Develop and maintain strong supplier relationship to ensure long term cost efficiency and realibilty.

● Work with company’s Accurate program, Microsoft office and other standard working softwares ● Responsible for managing the material procurement and purchasing process, especially raw materials and all request for production and the office. Including identifiying, negotiation, sourcing and purchasing goods and services required by the company. ● Collaborate with Warehouse, PPIC, QC, QA, RnD and Production regarding raw material procurement planning. Calculate demand or needs and analyze raw materials for productions and determine and source for alternative material. ● Conducting cross-departmental internal audits to check SOP compliance. ● Build and maintain relationship with suppliers to ensure adequate supply of materials. ● Assessing and Managing risks such as supply chain disruptions, quality issues develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.

● Conducting checklist or procedural documentation. ● Being responsible for manpower management. ● Performing downtime analysis. ● Implementing line procedures. ● Checking Work in Progress (WIP). ● Ensuring proper implementation of 6S. ● Holding weekly meetings.
