• Implement local sourcing strategies for category: develop, present, and implement strategy including achieve the saving target of company. • Indirect procurement for goods & services, logistics and manufacturing including factory equipment which experience sourcing in CAPEX. • Manage to work on multiple tasks and projects, with various teams including engineers, manufacturing team, marketing, and supply chain. • Implement sourcing and procurement strategies to support corporate objectives and the organization’s needs. • Manage supplier selection and contract management: develop supplier selection, lead, and execute tenders and negotiations on price, terms & conditions. • Sourcing & Supplier Development Strategy: Support global and local SSD projects. • To support the special project as company required, consist of data, execution, and implementation. Ensuring smooth operation and accuracy. • Implement new tool: ProBuyer for Purchase Order (PO) in Themis Project to align with Global procedure. • Implement and set up ‘Authorization Matrix’ for Purchase Oder Approval Process according to Danone’s policy.

• Responsible for export shipments including but not limited to export documentation, coordination with various parties such as trucking companies, airlines, bonded facilities • Support key clients with high-volume and/or complex export transactions for booking, billing, classification as well as processing data through company’s system • Review and monitor all Shipper Export Declaration rejections, request for information from client and government agency • Identify an area of improvement for transactions that require special handling process, and propose improved process flow management with implementation plan • Keep customers appraised to the export details of transactions in accordance with local office export operation procedures

Experienced in Logistics function, • Responsible for Chevron & JKC Joint Venture Projects • Support the PMT in all logistics matters required in dispatching, air/sea freight arrangement, customs clearance, and transportation. • Responsible for monitoring delivery and maintaining accurate records of transportation modes with proper products. • Be focal point for logistics activities, including import/export shipments, warehousing and developing logistics procedures. • Acquire the relevant government permits, licenses & privileges to comply with the regulatory and projects requirement to obtain the approval of import duty and VAT free.

Experienced in Procurement function, • Create new vendor masters/material code/service numbers in SAP for 3 plants & HO. • Clean, update & maintain existing master data of vendor/material code/service in SAP. • Design systems to put vendor/customer complaint handling system on-line in SAP system. • Work closely with ERP service provider – Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) • Prepare spend analysis and other daily/monthly reports; analyze and find areas for improvement. • Build annual business plans and improve process as per Tata Business Excellence Model and work on continuous improvement project. • Generate KPI performance for supplier and procurement team.
