- Lead prototype development with Bills of Material (BOM), facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless coordination between internal teams (collaborating with Design, Product Line Manager) and external suppliers (T1/T2 suppliers) to ensure accurate pricing and prototyping of assigned styles - All Golf Collaboration packages. - Oversee the preparation of all essential documentation, including style specifications, size charts, fabric and trim selections, and fitting/sealing comment. Distribute documents and tech packs to garment suppliers to initiate development and ensure alignment with the development Calendar. - Provide and review product feedback to enhance quality and optimize value. Monitor and implement all necessary changes to finalize product approvals, including artwork validation, quality, execution, and fit before bulk order placement. - Conduct in-depth cost analysis and implement benchmarking strategies to enhance pricing competitiveness, particularly for high-volume styles. Lead negotiations with garment suppliers to secure optimal FOB pricing while achieving margin objectives. - Responsible for managing and resolving issues that arise during or after production to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and alignment with consumer demands.

Release documents/Tech packs to garment suppliers to initiate development and follow with the development Calendar. - Practice conduct thorough cost analysis and engage in negotiations with garment suppliers to secure optimal FOB (Free on Board) pricing while maintaining target profit margins.

- Manage and document lab dip processes to ensure precise color development. - Maintain an organized communication channel with over 40 T2 suppliers, gather and analyze data to generate performance evaluation reports. - Track and monitor lab dip submissions to ensure timely approvals and system updates with real-time color development progress. - Facilitate effective communication of color feedback to T1/T2 suppliers, ensuring alignment with design and production standards.

- Gain comprehensive insight into the development process, from initial design and prototyping to final product release within the PUMA Apparel development team. - Assist in managing administrative tasks within the PUMA product creation system, ensuring smooth operations for the Apparel development team. - Support the creation of technical handover documents (Bill of Materials) to initiate the development process efficiently. - Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with key stakeholders, including suppliers, fabric mills, business units, sourcing departments, and global teams. - Sample Handling – Be Responsible to organize the sample storage, shipment and exchange for the team

- Team size: 5 members - Responsible mainly for the student name tags, logo production process from initial design to the final product release. - Conduct research to identify appropriate materials and techniques, oversee the execution process, and ensure all materials and equipment align with production procedures to deliver precise and accurate final products. - Get experience with administrative paperwork activities, ensure information of contracts, related administrative record to provide e-invoices.
