With a robust background in technology and leadership, I began my career specializing in Telco CRM and Billing systems. My expertise in software development, VMware management, and Oracle Database administration paved the way for a leadership role, where I successfully led a development team. As Chief Technology Officer, I spearheaded the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive FinTech system. This system facilitated seamless integration with telecommunications services, supported various financial transactions, and strengthened collaboration with key institutions such as the Bank of Lao and the Ministry of Finance. In my role as Leader of the Information Analysis and Development Department, I managed a diverse team of developers, data analysts, and data engineers. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing the data warehouse, conducting ETL processes, performing in-depth data analysis, and leveraging advanced technologies like Spark, Hadoop, and Tableau for data virtualization and insight generation.
